Your password will soon expire

Your password with IFS is set to expire on Tuesday, January 12th. Once it has expired you will need to reset your password by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to ifs.com and locate the ‘Customer Portal’ page under the ‘Resources” tab.
  2. In the Customer Portal, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ icon.
  3. Enter your ‘IFS Username’ when prompted and submit.
  4. A verification e-mail will then be sent to the email address registered to your account with a link to change the password (check your junk mail folder if you can’t locate the email in your main inbox). The link will be valid for one hour.

Your password needs to be at least 12 characters long and must contain a combination of uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) and characters (! @,#, etc). 

* Please note: once you have changed your password, you can not change it again for 24 hours.

Planned Maintenance Downtime for the entire Life Cycle Support (LCS) Solution

Date: Saturday 5th June 2021

Time: 05:30 CEST to 08:30 CEST

LCS will undergo planned maintenance in support of the continued enhancement of customer life cycle experience for IFS Cloud, included are important Security and Infrastructure updates. As such, the entire Life Cycle Support application, including CEC / ISC, Partner web and IFS Customer Portal will be unavailable during the period shown above. IPE will only be available in offline mode.

Please, refresh browser cache the first time you login to the LCS Internal web, Partner Web or Customer Engagement Center(CEC)/Internet Support Center (ISC) after it is available again.
